Overall the atmosphere is fun, tropical and uniquely 'Caye Caulker'. We are proud to offer the islands first and only freshwater swimming pool as well as 16 air-conditioned rooms, a two-story bar with beautiful thatched palapa roof, a tour and travel service and a gift shop. All of this is just a shells throw away from the world's second largest barrier reef.

ACCOMMODATION: All of the rooms here at Seaside are individually designed and full of facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer a range of accommodation from our individual Cabanas located at the front of the property, to our Ground Floor Family Rooms and Sea View Rooms.

Beach Front Cabanas - These beautifully decorated thatched cabanas feature a Queen-sized bed, sofa and coffee table, remote controlled air conditioning, cable TV, fridge, and bathroom with shower. Four of these cabanas (numbers 1, 2, 3 & 4) have an amazing roof-top terrace where you can enjoy the stunning sea views in private. Our two storey cabana (number 5 and 6) has a full thatched roof. Number 5 is at ground level and has a poolside position. Outdoor stairs lead up to number 6 (above 5), which has a small private balcony and an open ceiling displaying the traditional thatched roof.

Ground Floor Family Rooms - We have four groundfloor rooms that will accommodate 4 people here at Seaside. These have two double/full sized beds in addition to the cable tv, a/c, fridge, bathroom with shower and private veranda. These rooms are numbers 7, 8, 9 & 10.

Sea View Rooms - There are six first-floor rooms at Seaside, all with fabulous views over the Caribbean Sea. They all feature cable tv, a/c, fridge, bathroom with shower and sea view veranda. Number 11 has two double/full sized beds. Numbers 12 to 16 have one double bed. Number 17 has two separate bedrooms with a double bed in each (Bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan instead of a/c), one bathroom and a living room - perfect for a family or couples travelling together.

SEASIDE CABANAS FACILITIES: Here at Seaside Cabanas we have plenty of facilities to help with all aspects of your vacation. Our Office/Reception is open daily where you can deposit any valuables in our Hotel safe, make an international phone call, borrow or swap a book and change up travellers cheques.

At the Seaside Tour and Travel Shop you can receive friendly advice from our staff on a wide range of tours offered both on and off the island. You can also book all your tours (including snorkelling, diving, fishing, mainland ruins) and make onward travel arrangements. We also have a gift shop where you will find unique souvenirs from Belize and other parts of Central America, as well as postcards and stamps, and beachwear.

Our two-level Palapa Bar ‘Una Mas’ has an open air terrace - the perfect place to relax, sip a pina colada and watch the island life down below. We open from 8am to 10pm and serve a wide range of drinks to suit every taste. Complimentary tea and coffee is served every morning.

WEDDINGS: Imagine saying ‘I Do’ to the one you love with a warm breeze in your hair and the crystal blue sea lapping at your feet. Choose from a formal style wedding or have a Belizean style ‘barefoot’ beach wedding. The beach in front of Seaside Cabanas Hotel is the perfect setting however you may choose any location on the island you desire for your ceremony. Then enjoy champagne and wedding cake on your roof-top or in our palapa bar, followed by a delicious and romantic dinner for two at Caye Caulker’s best restaurant. Stay in one of our beautiful beachfront cabanas which have their own private roof-top terrace so you can sit and watch the stars on your wedding night.
