At the Falkensteiner Hotel Urbani Ossiacher See you will find everything that makes a good four-star hotel.
From a cosy lobby and reception area, you reach a friendly dining room flooded with sunlight. The expansive window front permits a wonderful view of the lake. In summer you can also enjoy the enchanting panorama and refined cuisine from the lovely restaurant terrace.
At the cosy hotel bar with an open fireplace, and in the adjoining reading corner offering a small library and daily papers, one can become acquainted with other guests in pleasant surroundings and easily make your holiday friendships.
Children play together in the two supervised children’s spheres at the hotel or in a safe children’s play area in the garden. Table tennis, a bouncy castle and pedalos in summer are also a popular pastime, and there is always something going on at the children’s pool.
Adults are happy to relax in the landscaped bathing area with an indoor pool, and a heated outdoor pool that is reached through a floodgate. Or in the refined sauna world with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, herbal sauna, cold-water pool, solarium and rest room. Various wellness and beauty services are also offered here.
You can comfortably soak up the sun right at the lake on the sunbathing lawn. Sun recliners, mats and sunshades are made available by the hotel.
A small riding park, where children and adults can practice on a Haflinger or a pony, also belongs to the hotel. Riding excursions are organised at the neighbouring Goldfarm.
You can park your car free of charge in the parking area, which is protected with a barrier. A hotel shuttle, which is also free of charge, brings you to the Gerlitzen Alpe in winter.
There is also a bicycle hire service (at cost) and a bicycle storeroom (and push-chair storeroom), where you can “park” your vehicle.
