Restaurant Haerlin
Restored to its original finery in 1999, Restaurant Haerlin is the place where tradition meets innovation. Restaurant Haerlin offers light Mediterranean French gourmet cuisine that is a feast for the eyes and a delight to the tongue. The fine-dining room overlooks the Lake and is decorated elegantly, with timber flooring and a large banquette supporting porcelain figures symbolising the four seasons subdividing it. It has been awarded with one Michelin Star and 17 Gault Millau points.
Jahreszeiten Grill
Restored in the beautiful eclectic Art Deco style of the twenties, the Grill offers the experience of traditional Hanseatic dining. Full-flavoured organically grown vegetables complement the excellent fish, poultry and steaks. Sip on a crisp, chilled glass of Riesling from our extensive cellar as you experience the splendour.
Jahreszeiten Bar

Doc Cheng's
It's good that the Far East is so near. The ambience and bar are a throwback to the '20s. Brass lamps with red shades, countless black and white photos from the globe-trotting Doc's private album, the melange of West and the Far East ... all these contribute to the atmosphere that's as eclectic as the menu itself. Doc Cheng's has been awarded 15 Gault Millau Points.
Bar Indochine
The Bar Inbdochine is intergrated into the restaurant Doc Cheng's. With its atmosphere and fixtures the bar reminds guests of bygone times of Shanghai in the 1920s. In this unique ambience be delighted by exclusive cocktails and classical longdrinks, Vietnamese beer or California wine.
Café Condi
The Biedermeier Café Condi has become an institution where Hamburg meets the world. Be spoilt with typical coffee house specialities.
Raffles Deli

Großer Festsaal (139.8 sqm)
Valuable Flemish Gobelins from the 16th and 17th century decorate these glamorous rooms. In this atmosphere you can celebrate your glittering parties with 200 guests. The carefully chosen interior with its carefully selected accessories and precious antiques offer the perfect setting for such an event. The Ovaler Raum (53.1 sqm), which opens into the Großer Festsaal may also be used separately for smaller events.
Kleine Festsäele (161 sqm)
The little brother of the Großer Festsaal(139.8 sqm). Curved stucco ornaments and castle-like wooden floors shape the character of the room. The Kleine Festsaal offers the ideal setting for banquets for up to 60 guests.
Gesellschafts-Salon (68 sqm)
Precious antiques and exquisite paintings add to the irresistible charms of this room; especially suitable for small, splendid banquets for up to 17 guests.
Haerlin-Salon (71 sqm)
Named after the founder of the Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Friedrich Haerlin, this room impresses with its private and elegant atmosphere for up to 20 guests.
Jahreszeiten Salon (84 sqm)
This suite is particularly suitable for small conferences for up to 12 participants. Located on the fourth floor of the Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, the suite offers complete privacy and a beautiful view on the inner Alster Lake.
