Okhtinskaya Hotel became much more convenient for visitors after the nearby Bolshoy Okhtinsky Bridge was re-opened in December 1996, providing easy access to the city centre. The hotel is located 5 km (3.1 miles) from the city center and 25 km (15.6 miles) from the airport. Okhtinskaya Hotel is particularly famous for its restaurants and its friendly staff.
