Access
The building is accessible at ground level from the surface car parks and through the basement car parks. The ground floor is accessible from both North and South entrances, leading into a reception area with a bar and reception desk.

Ballroom and Banqueting

Located on the Ground Floor and covering an area of 1326 sq. m, the Ballroom can accommodate the following facilities:

· Reception for 1600
· Four separate areas with full exhibition equipment
· Motorised projection screens, projection and lighting bars for visual effects
· Each section contains separate sound system

Conference Facilities
Located on the first floor with an area of 1238 sq. m

· Equipped with a 416 seat theatre
· Full audio-visual for videos and slide projection
· Multi-lingual simultaneous translation
· Infra-red voting system
· Full stage facilities for music and arts
· Audience participation microphones

The theatre is bordered on both sides by reception corridors, which can be open to the external walls or divided into 11 meeting rooms when required. A 'Media Wall' equipped with 3 international phone lines for international conferencing via TV link, is installed in one of the rooms.

Catering
Catering facilities are provided from the basement kitchen via the East and West Servers and for larger functions from the main hotel kitchen via the basement link corridor.
