Beach Restaurant
The Villa Beach Restaurant is the newest addition to the
hotel's culinary journey. Located on the Villa beach,
enjoy the views of the Burj Al Arab, the balmy breeze
and watch the sun set over the Arabian Gulf.

La Parrilla
Discover the culinary delights of the Pampas at the
region's original Argentinean restaurant. Featuring
authentic Argentinean steaks, and the restaurant's signature
dish, 'Espada' meaning 'Flaming Swords' - delicious
pieces of tender meat or fish flambéed at your
table. Tango dancers perform each evening, infusing
the atmosphere with the unmistakable spirit of Buenos
Aires.

Al Khayal
Arabic cuisine, hospitality and entertainment are the
order of the day, every day, at Al Khayal where you
can choose from a menu featuring a wide choice of mezzeh,

Each evening the restaurant's resident Arabic band and
belly dancer take to the stage, providing diners with
a unique glimpse of the sights and sounds of true Arabia.

Der Keller
Typically German in every way, Der Keller captures the
rustic ambience of a beer cellar. The restaurant's menu
offers a wide choice of hearty, traditionally German

Rostbratwuerstchen with Sauerkraut.

Carnevale
Dine on authentic Italian cuisine in classical surroundings
at Carnevale. A wide selection of traditional Italian
favourites including freshly prepared pasta dishes and
the restaurant's exquisite signature dish 'Osso Bucco'.
Italian music sets the perfect mood, whilst the spacious
terrace offers alfresco dining along with magnificent
views of the hotel's lush gardens.

Marina Seafood Market
Take a trip along the Marina breakwater to the Marina
Seafood Market. Dine in relaxed, elegant surroundings,

combines traditional flavours from Asia and new European
cuisine. The Marina Roof Deck is located on top of the
restaurant with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Colonnade
An around-the-world culinary journey awaits you at The
Colonnade, featuring daily buffets for breakfast, lunch

terraces overlooking lush gardens, the Colonnade incorporates
four themed restaurants - the Bamboo Curtain, the Bistro
Café, Soda Fountain and the Viennese Café.

& Anchor
The Dhow & Anchor is everything you would expect
of a traditional English pub and restaurant. Sit inside

steak and kidney pie.

they book in advance.
